Instructions
- Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces.
- Take a cooker ,put the pineapple add half glass of water in it.
- Cover the lid ,without cooker whistle cook it for 10-15 min at medium flame.
- After 10 -15 min pineapple is cooked well , open the lid and let it cool.
- Put the pineapple in the mixer jar and make a fine paste .
- Then add the half glass of water and drain the pineapple plup.
- Take a pan.
- Add sugar, and one glass of water in it.
- Simmer to make a sticky syrup, which is not one thread.
- Add dissolved citric acid, take off fire.
- Cool and add juice and mix properly.
- Pour into bottles and store for 1 month.
- Take a glass ,add 5-6 tbsp pineapple squash ,ice cubes,water and mix well.
- Serve it chilled.
