Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 250-300 gm small onions
- 6-7 piece tomatoes
- 2 tbspn Curry Leaves
- 4 tbspn Corainder Leaves
- 10 pieces Cloves
- 4-5 pieces Cinnamon
- 15-20 pieces garlic
- 10-15 small pieces Ginger
- 3/4 tspn Cumin seeds
- 3/4 tspn black pepper
- 3/4 tspn Fennel seeds
- 1-2 pieces star anise
- 3/4 tspn Poppy seeds
- 100 gm Coconut
- 3/4 tspn Chicken Masala
- 3/4 tspn Chicken 65 Masala
- 3/4 tspn Coriander powder
- 3/4 tspn Black Pepper Powder
- 3/4 tspn Red chilli powder
- 3/4 tspn Turmeric powder
- 6-7 tbspn Oil

Instructions
- In a kadai, add little oil, 4 cloves, little Star Anise, Cinammon, Curry leaves few, Small Onions and garlic & saute it well.
- Add tomatoes, coriander leaves & sauté it again. (as per the pic 1)
- Once done, keep it for sometime & ensure it comes to normal temperature.
- Once it becomes warm, grind the mixture well, tomato mixture is ready. (no water to be added)
- In a separate pan, just fry Fennel Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black pepper.
- Once slightly fried, add cut coconut pieces & cut ginger in it
- Grind the entire mixture of all these by adding some water to it, coconut mixture is ready.
- Now in a pan, add little oil, some cloves, Star Anise, Cinammon pieces & than add chicken.
- Add salt & turmeric powder to it, sauté it well...
- After sometime add the tomato onion paste that was kept ready, sauté it well again.
- Add all masala powder like coriander, chicken masala, red chilly powder & sauté it well
- Keep sautéing it till the mixture is nicely minted in chicken
- After sometime, add the mixture of coconut that was kept ready
- Add water as per the gravy you require & sauté
- Keep it on the gas till the gravy becomes thick & chicken is cooked well
- Other way is you can close the cooker but don't give pressure, so that chicken is cooked well
- Once it becomes thick, add coriander leaves to it.
- Take the gravy chicken in a pan, add pepper powder or pepper chicken masala (sakthi masala) to it & keep sautéing it well.
- Till the gravy is absorbed well.. It is ready to serve as a Dry chicken.
