Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 1/2 cup peanut
- 1 cup Potato pieces
- 2 Green Chilli chooped
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 1 tbs Mustard seeds
- 1 tbs Salt
- 1/2 tbs Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbs Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3/4 tbsp Oil
- Curry Leaves
- 1 cup Onion sliced

Instructions
- First of all wash the poha softly.
- Then add 1 tbs sugar to it and keep it aside.
- Now take a pan ,add 4 tbsp oil in it.
- Then fry the peanut in the oil until it become light brown.
- Take out the peanut on a paper.
- Now fry the potatoes ,fry it until become golden brown.
- Then put mustard seeds ,onion,green chilly in the oil and saute for 5 min.
- Add peanut and potatoes then add all spices.
- Add lemon juice and then put poha into it.
- mix well.
- Garnishing it with coriander leaves.
- Healthy breakfast is ready.
