Ingredients
- 250 Gram peanuts Roasted, ensure the skin is removed
- 2-3 Number Dry red chillies Sabut
- 1 Piece Tamarind small
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Take the roasted peanuts without skin in a jar.
- Add tamarind, red chilly, salt and blend in the jar well.
- Once nicely blend, add water to it and blend it again.
- Once it is blended well.
- Take oil in a small pan, heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow it to clutter well.
- Than add in the mixture well.
- Serve it with Dosai.
This recipe is for 6 servings and makes about 260 grams, SO, per serving comes out to 45grams.
