Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg cabbage chopped
- 1 Cup green peas Boiled
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Small tomatoes Finely chopped
- 1 Big Onion chopped

Instructions
- Chop the cabbage well and wash it with water nicely.
- In a pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, allow it to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté well for few minutes.
- Add boiled peas and saute well for few minutes.
- Than add chopped cabbage and sauté well for few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt to it and cook well for close to 10 minutes.
- Than add chopped tomatoes to it and sauté well again for another 10 minutes.
- Once all veggies looks cooked, switch off the stove and keep it closed with a lid.
- Serve it hot. Garnish with coriander leaves if required.
