Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 kg Semolina
- 1 kg desi ghee
- 3..5 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup phool makhana
- 50 gm gond

- Take a pan.
- Add ghee in it.
- Fry phool makhana and gond in it ,till its gets golden brown.
- Now fry almonds in it,till it gets golden brown.
- Remember to fry each item seperately.
- Take out the fried items on the paper.
- Now add some more ghee in the pan and roast suji till changes its colour to golden brown.
- Now add wheat to the wok and roast more ghee till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Now make small cardamon powder.
- Add more than three cups of sugar in the pan and makes the chashni by adding 3 cups of water.
- Mix semolina dry fruits in the wheat.
- Now make powder of gond in the mixer and add the powder to the wheat and semolina mixture.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Add sugar chashni till it given a foamy look.
- Now mix the panjiri rapidly.
- The panjiri is ready.
