Ingredients
- 1 kg Paneer Cut into 1 inch cubes
- 250 gms Capsicum Cut into big pieces
- 250 gms Red tomatoes Cut into big pieces
- 8 Skewers
- For marinating
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves a.k.a Cilantro
- 1/5 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- For Garnish
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lemon

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
- Take out the seeds of the capsicum and tomatoes and cut into big pieces. Cut paneer into rougly one inch cubes. Add to the mixture.
- Marinate the paneer, tomatoes and capsicum for half an hour.
- Pierce them into the skewers and brush them lightly with oil.
- Roast them directly on the gas flame or roast them in the oven till all the sides become brown in color.
- Serve them hot with cut onion rings and a few cut lemon pieces.
