Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon shah jeera (black cumin)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (crushed)
- 2-3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)or to taste
- 1/2 Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli paste or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
- 2 tablespoon sweet corn (boiled)
- 400 gram Paneer (cottage cheese (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 100 gram Paneer (cottage cheese)(grated)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1-2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- water -as needed

- Heat oil,in a non stick tawa or heavy bottom griddle or flat pan,add ingredients from 2-6 and roast on high flame,stirring constantly,when aroma arise,add capsicum and tomatoes,sprinkle little bit water,on high flame till tomatoes become soft.
- Now lower the flame,add red chilli paste, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and kitchen king masala, mix well, add sweet corn, paneer and salt, turn on high flame, it may be going to stick,just scrap it while constantly stirring with spatula.
- Now add coriander leaves, grated paneer and butter, on high flame mix well,by scraping and that's what is called "KHURCHAN" in Hindi.
- Sprinkle fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve hot.
