Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Paneer mashed
- 3-4 Onion sliced
- 2-3 tomatoes chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 Potatoes sliced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4-6 tbsp desi ghee
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Take a wok.
- Add onion ,tomatoes ,potatoes ,peas ,green chilly together in the wok.
- Add ghee saute it for 5 to 10 min
- Add all spices and mix well.
- Saute it so that all the vegetables gets soft.
- Add mashed panner and mix well.
- Saute it for 5 min .add sprinkle garam masala .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- serve it chapati and bread.
