Ingredients
- 1 Cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 Pieces Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Big Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Bunch Spinach Palak leaves, washed and chopped
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Oil or Ghee

Instructions
- In a bowl, add all the above ingredients (excluding oil).
- Add water in it and dough the mixture well.
- Keep it aside for few minutes.
- Make it like a paratha by adding oil or ghee.
- Garnish with butter (optional)
- Serve it with curd.
