Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spinach chopped and washed properly/palak
- 1 cup mushroom sliced
- 5-6 Baby Corn sliced
- 1 cup broccoli small pieces
- 2-3 Onion chopped
- 6-7 garlic chopped
- 2 Dry red chillies
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 5-6 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 3-4 tbsp Moong Dal (Yellow Dal - Lentils Split) mugi duli dal
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp ghee

Instructions
- First of all wash the palak properly .
- Take a cooker add palak ,salt ,green chillies ,3-4 garlic , 3-4 tbsp yellow moong dal and half glass of water in it. cook it without covering.when it gets cooked properly then add some water and make a fine paste.
- Add the milk in the palak paste and boil it at low flame. dry the water in it.
- Take a pan .
- Add butter and add all vegetables ,saute it for 7-8 min.
- Vegetables cook properly.
- Take a wok, add ghee in it.
- Add dry chilli ,chopped onion, green chillies ,ginger, garlic in it.
- Saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Add salt, coriander powder, hing, red chilli powder, bay leaf,and mix well.
- Then add the tadka and vegetables in the palak.
- Stir for 5 to 6 min at low flame.
- Palak with mix vegetable is ready now.
- Serve it with naan ,chapati or paranth.
