Ingredients
- 2 Pieces pav bread
- 3-4 Pieces Potatoes Boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 Big Onion Finely chopped
- 1 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Carrom seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tbsp Paneer (homemade), Grated
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Rice flour

Instructions
- In a bowl, take the boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes.
- Add all the ingredients mentioned above leaving the paav bun.
- Mix them well.
- Make them into small balls.
- Than make it flat like a tikki.
- On the tava, add little oil and cook it both the sides well.
- Ensure it is brown in colour.
- Heat the paav bun by adding little oil to it.
- Place the tikki in it and serve it hot.
