Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
- 3 Onions chopped finely
- 2 Potatoes chopped finely
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi dry fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp dry coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1/4 cup Water to make batter
- 1/8 tsp Oil for brushing

Instructions
- First of all mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a batter.
- Now place appam patra on the gas and when it is hot,sprinkle a bit of oil in each bowl of stand
- Now put batter in bowls and cook on low to medium flame.
- Now change the side and cook them till they r crisp.
