Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya Chunks boiled and squeezed water
- 3 Onions 2 onions finely chopped and 1 onion thinly sliced
- 6 tomatoes pureed
- 1 bottle gourd chopped roughly
- 3 carrots 2 chopped roughly,1 chopped into juliens
- 2 Capsicum 1 chopped roughly,1 cut into thin long juliens.
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Boil soy chunks in salted water,strain it and squeeze it so that water comes out.
- First of all boil gourd,2 carrots,1 capsicum in a cooker by adding salt and blend them using a blender.
- Now take a pan and add oil to it and then add chopped onions,saute them and add tomato paste,add salt and red chilly powder .cook till it leaves oil.
- Now add boiled veggies paste and boiled soy chunks.
- Add a bit of water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Now add sliced onions,carrot and capsicum juliens and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander and garam masala.
- Serve hot with kulcha or naan or pav.
