Ingredients
- 5-6 Potato boiled peel and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 3-4 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder chopped
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- kaddu ki sabji.....
- 1/2 kg pumpkin
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Amchur dry mango powder
- aalu wali puri......
- 1 cup Water chestnut flour singhara flour
- 1/2 cup samvat flour rice flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 2-3 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- Take a wok.
- Add ghee ,cumin seeds ,cumin powder ,curry leaves ,salt ,red chilli powder ,degi mirch ,coriander powder in it.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add boiled potato and mix properly .
- Add the amount of water according to the gravy needed.
- Then mash the aalu with help of masher.
- Cook it low flame so that gravy becomes thick.
- Add paneer cubes and garnish with coriander leaves.
kaddu ki sabji......
- Take a peeler and peel the pumpkin then cut into medium pieces.
- Take a wok .
- Add ghee in it .
- Add green chillies ,salt ,red chilli powder ,cumin powder,degi mirch and mix well.
- Add kaddu and mix properly.
- No need of water in this .
- Cover it with the lid and cook it for 5-8 min at low flame.
- After 5-8 min when the kaddu softens ,add sugar ,amchoor powder .
- Mix with soft hands.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
aalu wali puri.....
- Take a bowl ,add singhara flour ,samvat rice flour ,mashed potato ,salt ,red chilly powder ,cumin powder in it and mix properly.
- Add milk according to the requirement and make a dough.apply few drops of oil on hand and apply it properly on dough.
- Make it in shape of sphere and deep fry it in sufficient oil.
- Perfect meal for navratre .
- Aalu ,kaddu sabji with puri is ready now.
- Serve it with sliced raddish ,green chilly and coriander chatni.

Its plain curd or yogurt which can be bought from any supermarket. Spices and flour mentioned can be bought from specialty Indian grocery stores or stores like Whole food or Trader Joes. Some of these spices are also available at amazon.com.
