Ingredients
- 3 Potato peel and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup pumpkin peel and cut into small pieces /kaddu
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 2 cup Water chestnut flour Singhara flour
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder rosted
- 3 tbs green chutney
- 3 tsp tamarind chutney

Instructions
- Take a bowl.
- Add potatoe ,kaddu ,green chillies ,coriander ,salt ,red chilly powder ,degi mirch .
- Add 2 cup singhara ka aata in mixture of aalu.
- Add milk according to requirement of dough and make a dough.
- Deep fry it in sufficient amount of oil until it becomes golden brown.
