Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca Sago sadudana
- 1/2 cup peanut
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- few Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup Potato peel and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup Paneer cut into small cubes
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Lemon juice
- 3 cup Water

Instructions
- Wash the sabudana 2-3 times and then soak in 3 cup of water for 2-3 hours. then drain the water and keep aside for 30 min.
- Take a pan and saute the peanut in 1 tbsp oil for 5-6 min. take it out on tissue paper.
- Saute the potatoes by adding 1 tbsp oil for 5-6 min.
- Take a wok add 2-3 tbsp oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds ,curry leaves ,green chillies,when cumin seeds crackle then add salt ,cumin powder ,red chilly powder ,coriander powder,lemon juice and mix well.
- Add peanut ,potatoes and mix properly ,then add sadudaba and mix with soft hands .
- Add paneer cubes ,coriander leaves .
- Serve hot with coriander or imli chuthey.
