Ingredients
- 200 Gram Mutton Washed and chopped
- 2 Tbsp Coconut grated
- 8-9 cloves garlic
- 4-5 Pieces Ginger
- 1 Tsp Pepper corn
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp Poppy seeds
- 2-3 Pieces Cloves
- 1-2 Pieces Cinnamon
- 1 Piece Cardmom
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Pieces Green Chillies
- 1 Tsp Mutton masala Aachi or Sakthi brand
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves
- 2-3 Pieces Dry red chillies
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Big Onion chopped

Instructions
- Take mutton (after cleaning it well with salt) add little salt and half cup water and pressure it in cooker. (Around 5-6 whistles) keep it aside.
- In a separate pan, dry roast grated coconut, cloves, garlic, cinnamon, cardmom, pepper corns, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, dry red chilly, green chillies and ginger.
- Sauté them well for couple of minutes till try turn light brown.
- Cool them to the normal temperature and than grind in the mixie jar by adding a little water to it.
- You will have the paste ready.
- In another pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add curry leaves and and allow it to splutter well.
- Add chopped onions and sauté well till it becomes brown.
- Add the paste that u made and sauté well for few minutes.
- Now add the boiled mutton pieces by draining away the water.(don't leave or waste the water)
- Sauté well and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, mutton masala, salt and sauté well again for couple of minutes.
- Now slowly add the drained water into it and sauté well.
- Ensure the water is dried up well by stirring it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
