Ingredients
- 1 packed mushroom sliced
- 3-4 Onion chooped
- 2 Tomato grated
- 2 Green Chilli chooped
- 1 small piece Ginger chooped
- 5-6 garlic chooped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 green cardamon
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1/4 tbs Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tbs degi mirch
- 1/4 tbs cumin powder
- 1/4 tbs Coriander powder
- 1/4 tbs meat masala
- 1 small piece Cinnamon
- 1 tbs kasuri metthi
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Add chooped onion to the pan.
- Saute until it become light brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
- Add cinnamon ,green cardamon ,bay leaf.
- Add all spices to it.and saute for 5 min.
- Add ginger ,garlic and green chilly.
- Saute the spices until the ghee separates out.
- Add mushrooms slices.saute it at low flame.
- No need to add water while cooking mushroom.
- Cover and cook mushroom for 5 min.
- Garnishing with coriander leaves ,kasuri methi ,garam masala.
- Mushroom masala is ready to eat serve it chapati and prantha.
