Ingredients
- 2 pack mushroom cut into two pieces
- 4 Capsicum cut into square pieces
- 4 Onion cut into square pieces
- 2 Green Chillies sliced
- 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
- 3-4 Baby Corn sliced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp ajino matto
- 5-6 tbsp soy sauce
- 7-8 tbsp Rice flour
- 5-6 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 cup Oil
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce

Instructions
- First of all wash the mushroom properly and dry it.
- Cut the mushroom into 2 pieces.
- Take a bowl add cornflour, rice flour, salt add sufficient water make a smooth thick batter.
- Add mushroom into the batter and ensure its well coated .place each mushroom into the heat oil ,reduce flame to medium high and deep fry till golden brown.
- Remove the fried mushroom on to tissue paoer and set aside.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil, chopped garlic ,saute until it becomes light brown.
- Add onion, capsicum, green chillies, spring onion, baby corn in it.
- Mix properly.
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Take a 1 glass of water ,add 2-3 cornflour, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, ajino matto in it and mix well.
- Mix the cornflour water in the vegetables at low flame .
- When gravy becomes thick add mushroom and stir it for 5 min.
- Serve it with bread slice.
