Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Radish pods mungre, remove its stick and crush
- 2 Potato peel and cut into small pieces
- 2 Tomato grated
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1/4 Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 3 tbsp mustard oil

Instructions
- First of all peel the mungre and wash it ,crush it.
- Take a pan .
- Heat the oil so that its colour changes.
- Let it cool down.
- Then add ginger ,green chilly saute it for 2 min.
- Add grated tomato and mix well.
- Add all spices and saute it until the ghee seperates out.
- Then add mungre and potato pieces.
- Mix well.
- Add little water it gets cooked properly then add garam masala .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with chapati or prantha.
