Ingredients
- 1 bowl hung curd
- 1 carrots sliced
- 1 Raddish sliced
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced without seeds
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp mint powder
- 4-5 mint leaves chopped

Instructions
- First of all cut the all vegetables into slices.
- Hang the curd in the muslin cloth for 1 hour.
- Take a bowl.
- Add hung curd and milk and mix well.
- Add salt ,black pepper ,black salt ,mint powder,mint leaves,coriander leaves in it.
- Add all vegetables and mix well.
- Put the curd salad into referigater for 1 hour.
- Serve it chilled.
