Ingredients
- 1 Cup Moong Dal
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Sambar Powder
- 1 tsp Idli Podi
- 2 tbsp Tamarind juice
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2-3 Cups Water depends on how thick you want

Instructions
- Wash the dal and place it in the cooker.
- Add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sambar powder, idli podi powder and water close the cooker for pressure.
- Allow 4-5 whistles.
- Than open and check if it is cooked well.
- Keep it on low flame for sometime and ensure everything is mixed well.
- In a separate fry pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- Allow it to splutter, than mix the same in the dal.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and sauté well.
- Keep it on stove for few minutes.
- Serve with idlis or Dosais 😊
