Ingredients
- 1/2 cup moong yellow dal
- 1/2 cup desi ghee
- 1/2 cup khoya
- 1/5 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- pinch yellow colour
- 1 tbs cardamon powder
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1 tbs kesar

Instructions
- wash the dal and dip it in water for 2 hours.
- drain the dal and then make it paste.
- take a pan.
- add 1/2 cup ghee it till dal become golden brown.
- take a another pan.
- add 1tbs ghee and khoya in a pan and saute it for 5 min at low flame till it become light brown.
- add mixture the khoya in the dal.
- take a another pan .
- add water ,sugar,caradmon powder,kesar,yellow colour then boil it.
- make sure the sugar gets mixed properly.
- then mix the chasni in the dal and mix slowly.
- you can add sugar according to taste.
- add some dry friuts ,khoya for garnishing.
