Ingredients
- 2 cup Moong Dal yellow
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 3-4 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- For stuffing
- 2 Potato boiled
- 1/2 cup Paneer mashed
- 1/2 cup peas matar /boiled
- 1-2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 3-4 tbsp Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
- Soak moong dal in 3 cups of water for about 2 hours.drain the water and grind it .if you need add little water and make a smooth batter.
- Add salt ,green chilly paste ,hing ,rice flour in the batter and mix well.
For stuffing...
- Take a pan.
- Add onion,green chillies ,saute it for 4-5 min ,then add mashed potato ,paneer ,mater.
- Add all spices ,coriander leaves and mix well.
- Take a non-stick tava ,heat a tava and grease it.
- Spread a ladle full of batter to a thin disc.drizzle a little oil and cook on medium heat till the underside is done.
- Then spread some stuffing on chilla.
- Fold the chilla over to a half moon shape .
- Serve it with tomato sauce ,green chutney.
- you can also make chilla by stuffing of onion,tomato green chilly,salt,black pepper.
- while making chilla if the batter beomes thick then you can add some water and make it thin.
