Instructions
- Grate raddish using a fine bladed grater and set aside.
- Finely chop green chilies and fresh cilantro.
- Prepare the dough by mixing the flour and slowly adding water. Since the variety of flour can vary, the amount of water needed changes too. Add enough water and knead to turn into a ball and the it no longer sticks to the hand. In case, you have added more water, just add more flour to get the consistency needed. Keep aside the kneaded dough.
- Sqeeze out the water from the grated raddish. Try to get it as much dry as possible. Once, you have enough expertise, this water can be used instead of regular water to make the dough.
- Add chopped chilies, cilantro and all the dry ingredients and mix them well. Taste the mixture to get the desired flavour and salt.
- Roll dough and add stuffing. And make paranths. Serve hot with yogurt and butter.
