Ingredients
- 1 green capsicum sliced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 Potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1/2 packet Button Mushrooms cut into 2 pieces each and washed
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 10 beans
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tomatoes pureed
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 9-10 leaves Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala for garnishing
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
- Take a wok,add oil to it,now add cumin seeds,let it splutter,add gingergarlic paste,saute till brown,add pureed tomatoes,add salt,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and cook till mixture leaves oil.
- Now add all the veggies,strain mushrooms out if milky water and add them also.
- Cover it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Uncover it and check if vegetables have softened,cook it for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish it with garam masala and coriander leaves.
