Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Channa Dal channe ki dal
- 1/4 cup red kidney beans rajma
- 1/4 cup black urad lentils maa ki dal
- 1/4 cup whole green moong dal moong sabut
- 1/4 cup spilt green gram chilkewali green dal
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 dry chillies
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- For dry masala.....
- 1 small Cinnamon
- 2/3 clove
- 1 black cardamom
- 4/5 black pepper seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds sabut daniya
- For tadka.......
- 3-4 Onion chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 3-4 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- corriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves kasuri methi
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Butter
- For lachedar paratha.......
- 1 bowl Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp desi ghee

Instructions
- Mix all the mentioned pulses and wash it properly.
- Take a cooker and now add washed pulses, 4 cup water ,salt ,dry chillies ,black cardamom ,turmeric ,bey leaves ,asafoetida in it.
- Let the whistled for 3-4 times.
- Open the cooker and check if more water is required or not ,if required add adequate amount of water in it.
- Close the cooker and boil the dal for another 10-15 mins.
- Now again open the cooker and let the dal boil for another minute till it gets mixed completely.
- Stir the dal side by side.
- If required add water more water dal should be mixed properly and should be thick.
For tadka
- Take a pan .
- Add ghee in the pan.
- Add chopped garlic ,saute it for 2-3 min until it becomes light brown.
- Add onion ,garlic ,ginger ,green chillies in it.
- Add curry leaves and cook for a while.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook the tomatoes on low flame.
- Take a another pan .add coriander seeds ,black cardamom ,black pepper ,cinnamon,cloves in it.
- Dry roast it.
- Now make powder of the dry rosted masala .
- Now add red chilly powder ,degi mirch ,salt and roasted masala in the tadka .
- Mix the tadka in the dal.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi in the dal.
- Garnish with yellow butter and serve it with lachedar paratha.
For paratha......
- Take a bowl add flour in it .add sufficient water according to your requirement and make a dough.
- Take a dough and apply ghee as u do while making prantha,now add bit of flour and make a fan shape and round it.
- Now make prantha apply some water on it . apply some kasuri metthi on it .then change the side of prantha and apply some water to it.
- Now put in the tandoor (as shown in the pic ) turn the tandoor upside down ,take out pranthas when cooked. apply some ghee on pranthas cursh it and serve with mix dal.
