Ingredients
- 250 gms Paneer cottage cheese
- 250 gms Spinach
- 250 gms fenugreek
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp corriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2-3 Onion finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Sugar optional
- 2-3 green chillies Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Cut the paneer in 1-1 inch pieces
- Add half the oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer till it turns light pink
- Remove the paneer and keep it aside,now add the cumin seeds,asafeotida,green chillies and saute..don't forget to add rest of the oil..
- Now throw in the onions and saute till it turns light golden..add the tomatoes,corriander pwd,salt,red chilly pwd,turmeric pwd...and cook till the tomatoes leave oil..
- After the tomatoes are done to add spinach and fenugreek
- Add the paneer chunks and cook for another 5 mins..
- Sprinkle some garam masala and serve it with hot rotis..
