Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup jaggery soaked in water
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Take water ,add jaggery to it and cook it till it melts,add fennel seeds , allow it to cool down,add baking soda as well as bit of oil.
- Now knead the flour with water prepared above,the amount of water taken should be enough to knead the flour.
- Now keep this flour for 10 -15 minutes.
- Now make rotis out of it and deep fry it.
- Bhaturas arr ready, you can also make paranthi with this dough.
- Serve it with mango pickle.
