Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar brown or white
- 1 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tsp milk
- 10 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Make a smooth batter by mixing all the ingredients and water by using a handy.
- Keep a mixture on a side for 5 to 7 minutes.
- The batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
- Now take a non stick pan, put oil, spread batter and cook it both sides till crispy.
- Serve it hot with kheer or achaar according to your taste
