Ingredients
- 250 Grams cottage cheese
- 4 Onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Bowl peas
- 10 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp Kitchen king masala
- 15/20 Coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds

- First of all take some oil in a pan ,add green chilly and garlic ,saute it till brown.
- Grind onions in mixer and add this to above pan,saute onions till brown.
- Once they r brown add tomato paste and grinded ginger
- To it add salt ,red chillie,turmeric,kitchen king masala.cook on low flame till oil seperates out.
- Now add water to make gravy,put it in cooker and blew whistle,and simmer fir 5 minutes
- In the meanwhile take peas in bowl and add water ,pinch of salt and microwave it for 5 minutes, by boiling peas in this way it will nit loose its color
- Add these boiled peas to gravy and add pieces of cheese (cut in square shape),and simmer for 2/3 minutes.garnish it with coriander leaves and garam masala.
