Ingredients
- 1 cup peas matar
- 1/2 cup pakore
- 3 Onion paste
- 4-5 garlic
- 1 small Ginger piece
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tomato paste
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 cup Water
- 1 cardamom
- 1 small Cinnamon

Instructions
- Make a paste of onion,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly add little water and grind it.
- Add some water and make a paste of tomato also.
- Take a cooker.
- Add onion paste add ghee saute it until its becomes light brown.
- Add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add salt ,red chilly powder ,degi mirch ,chicken masala ,turmeric powder ,green cardamom and cinnamon and mix well.
- Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
- Add 1 cup matar and saute for 5 min.
- Add water to make gravy put in cooker and blew whistle ,and simmer for 5-8 min.
- Open the cooker and add pakora and simmer for 8-10 min until it becomes soft.
- Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
