Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Channa Dal gram dal
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds saunf
- 2 Big Onions Chopped
- 2 Whole Green Chillies Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Curry Leaves chopped
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt can vary according to taste
- 4-5 Number garlic
- 4-5 Number Ginger

Instructions
- Wash and than Soak the gram dal for an hour and keep it aside.
- After an hour drain it well.
- Empty the drained dal in the grinder or mixie jar.
- At the same time, add fennel seeds, garlic pieces, ginger pieces and salt.
- Grind it without adding water.
- Don't grind it completely. (dal should be seen) So ensure you should not completely grind the mixture.
- Empty the content into a bowl.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix the mixture well.
- Now take small quantity in hand and make into small balls and than make it like a shape of a tikki.
- Deep fry in oil (ensure it us cooked in sim mode only)
- Once cooked properly remove it and serve with chutney.
