Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina sooji
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 5-7 Curry Leaves
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1/4 cup carrots sliced
- 1/4 cup Capsicum sliced
- 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp eno salt
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Take a bowl .
- Add suji ,curd ,salt ,water and mix well.
- Keep it seperate for 10 min.
- Add 3/4 tsp eno add some water and make the batter smooth.
- Apply some oil on idli mould add the batter to it.
- Let it be steamed for 5 min in the microwave.
- Demould the idli and cut it in to small pieces.
- Take a pan.
- Put oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves ,onion ,cabbage ,carrot and mix well.
- Cover the pan for 5 min and cook.
- Add capsicum ,salt ,red chilly powder ,garam masala and tomato sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add idli pieces in the vegetable and mix well.
- Serve it with sauce.
