Ingredients
- 4 Number egg, Boiled
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions
- Boil the eggs by dipping in the water on stove for close to 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, peel the shells.
- In a pan add oil, heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, allow it to splutter.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
- Switch off the stove and add the boiled eggs into it.
- Mix well and serve it with tamarind rice or lemon rice.
