Ingredients
- 2 cup Boiled (Cooked) Rice
- 1/2 Raw mangoes grated
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 pinch Asafoetida powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Channa Dal
- 1/2 tsp peanuts

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- Allow it to splutter well.
- Add chopped green chillies and all dals, asafoetida powder, peanuts and sauté well.
- Add turmeric powder and salt and sauté well again for few minutes.
- Add grated mangoes and sauté well for close to 5-7 minutes.
- Finally mix this with cooked white rice.
- Serve it hot...
