Ingredients
- 1 kg milk
- 6-7 pieces khoya or barfi
- Sugar acc to taste
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- 1 Mango big, pulp
- 10 almonds ground
- 15 raisins
- 1 Mango for garnish
- 5-6 strawberries for garnish

Instructions
- Take milk in a pan, add barfi and keep it on sim while continuously stirring so that it doesn't stick to bottom.
- Add bit of sugar also,simmer it till the milk thickens.
- Peel the mango and grind the mango pulp in the mixer,keep it aside.
- When the thickened milk cools down add mango pulp and add grinded dry fruits.blend it nicely.
- Now freeze it for 3 hours,take it out and blend it again.do this 2 or 3 times so that ice does not comes over it.
- Now again freeze till it is all set.
- Now ice cream is ready,garnish it with mangoes,cherries,strawberries and dry fruits and serve.
