Ingredients
- For malpua
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup Refined flour
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream malai
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 crushed cardamom
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil as per requirement
- For chasni
- 2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- cardamom powder

Instructions
- First of all make batter using all ingredients,add water to make a batter so that it is not too thick nor too thin.
- Take another pan and add water and sugar and cook it till we make a chasni out of it,add cardamom powder,cool it down.
- Now take a non stick tawa and put 1/2 tsp oil ,now spread batter on it and cook it both side.
- Now dip it in chasni for 2 minutes.
- Take it out and serve it with kheer
