Ingredients
- For kofta
- 250 gm cheese panner
- 4-5 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2-3 tsp Cashews chopped
- 8-10 raisins
- For gravy
- 4-5 Onion sliced
- 5-6 garlic
- 1 small Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- For naan.....
- 2 cup all-purpose flour maida
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water luke warm water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- First of all mash the cheese ,add salt ,cornflour and mix well so that it becomes soft.
- Then some panner your hand and dry fruits to it.and give it round shape.
- Coat it with dry cornflour and deep fry it with sufficient oil.
- Take them out when they becomes golden brown.
- Take a wok.
- Put onion, ginger,green chilly then add water to pan and boil it for 10 min.
- When onion cools down make a fine paste.
- Take a another pan add ghee in it.
- Add bey leaf green, cardamom add onion paste and saute it for 5-8 min.
- Soak the cashew in hot milk 15-20 min and make a fine paste.then add cashew paste and mix well.
- Add 2 cup of water and 1 cup of milk and mix well.
- Keep the gravy on low flame and boil it until it becomes thick.
- Add 1 tbsp butter .
- Switch off the gas.add hot gravy on kofta at the time of serving .
How to make naan on tava
- First of all add dry yeast ,sugar into half cup of water and keep it aside for 5 min.
- Add maida ,salt ,baking powder and mix well.
- Add yeast water and make a dough.
- Then add dry flour to dough and mix properly for 5 min then dough become soft.cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- First of all melt the butter then take a big ball of dough.give round shape to it.
- Apply butter on roti.and shape of triangle.
- Then help of rolling pin shape on the naan and put the naan on hot tava.
- Then change the side of down words for 1-2 min.
- Rotate the tava form all sides so that so naan gets heated properly.
- Put the naan in the plate and apply butter and serve it with malai kofta.
