Ingredients
- 500 gm soya champ remove sticks, soak in hot water for 5 min and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1/4 cup cream
- 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
- 5/6 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Green Chillies paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Kitchen king masala
- 2-3 tbsp Oil

- For green chutney
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

- Soak champ in hot water for 10 mins,remove the sticks and cut into small pieces.
- Take a bowl.
- Add hung curd ,cream in it and mix well.
- Add cornflour ,milk ,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly paste .
- Mix properly ,then add salt ,black pepper ,kitchen king masala ,lemon juice ,oil in it .
- Add champ pieces into curd mixture,now keep it in refrigerator for 45-50 mins.
- Dip the sticks in water so that they dont burn while grilling.
- Now put the champ pieces in sticks as seen in the pic.
- Now grill it in oven and barbecue for 20-25 minutes ,for 10 mins by changing sides .cook it until it becomes golden brown. add 2 tbsp cream in left over merination ,add grilled champ and mix well.sprinkle some chat masala .
- Take coriander leaves in a mixer add hung curd ,salt ,green chillies ,lemon juice and grind it .
- Green chutney is ready ,serve it with grilled champ ,onion and cucumber pieces
- Serve malai champ tikka with salad and green chutney.
