Ingredients
- For chaap
- 6 soya champ
- 1 tbsp amul cheese spread
- 1 tbsp cashew paste made in milk
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/4 cup Fresh cream
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- For green chutney
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 Green Chilli

Instructions
- Boil the chaap in hot salty water , remove the sticks and cut it into 4-5 pieces each.
- Now to marinate the chaap prepare marinade by mixing cheese,hung curd ,cream, cashewnut paste,gingergarlic paste,cardamom powder,black pepper and other spices, lemon juice as in pic
- Now to this marinate add chaap alongwith salt ,chaat masala and oil and mix properly.prepared batter is shown in the pic.
- Now refrigerate it for atleast 2 hours.
- Now u can grill these chaap in oven at 180 deg for 15 to20 minutes depending on ur ovens power.
- Otherwise u can cook it on non Stick pan .
- When it is cooked then again dip it in leftover batter to get desired look and taste of malai chaap.
For chutney
- Churn all the ingredients given above in mixer and u will get desired chutney.
