Ingredients
- 2 cups Boiled (Cooked) Rice
- 3/4 cup macaroni Boiled
- 2-3 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
- 4-5 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 in cinnamon stick a pinch or 2summer
- 1 Cloves 1 in summer, 4 in winters
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 carrots finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2-3 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Take a wok and put in the oil...
- Grind together cinnamon stick,clove&black cardamom seeds ..to make finely powder..
- Then add the cumin seeds,cinnamon stick+black cardamom+cloves powder and saute for a minute
- Then add the chopped carrot and peas and cover the wok with a lid..
- Don't over cook them..they need to be crunchy..Then throw in the capsicum and cook again for 5 minutes..
- Now add the pizza pasta sauce and mix it well..
- Add the cooked rice and macaroni and cook again for 5 minutes..
- Lastly garnish it with coriander leaves..

My kids love it without dryfruits ..but if you wish you can add roasted cashews also..in winters..
