Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Lemon juicy one
- 5-6 Cashews
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal split ones
- 1 tsp Channa Dal
- 1 Dry red chillies
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger Finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4-5 Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Cook rice in such a way that each grains are separate.
- Saute cashew nuts in 1/2 tsp oil.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, when mustard splutters , add urad dal, channa dal, red chillies and asafoetida.
- When dal turns slightly brown, add green chillies,turmeric powder and curry leaves .
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add the seasoning and cashew nuts to the rice and mix well.
- Serve with Sambhar.
