Ingredients
- Lemon Rice
- 1 Glass rice (No Basmati Rice)
- 1 Tbspn Oil
- 1 Tbspn Curry Leaves
- 3/4 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 3-4 Pieces Dry red chillies
- 1-2 Pieces Lemon
- 3/4 Tspn Salt
- Kovakkai
- 1/2 Kg Kovakkai Ivy Gourd
- 2-3 Tbspn Oil
- 1/2 Tspn Salt
- 1/2 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder

Instructions
Lemon Rice
- Cook rice in the cooker & keep it aside
- In a pan, add oil, heat it, add mustard seeds, curry leaves & some grams.. Saute it well
- Than add, dry red chilly (sabut), turmeric powder, salt & sauté it well
- Switch off the gas & get the mixture into warm temperature
- Once it becomes cool, add the lemon juice into it
- Mix rice with this mixture, it is ready to serve
Kovakkai (Ivy Gourd)
- In a pan, add oil heat it, than add kovakkai, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and keep sauting it well
- Keep sauting it, till it becomes brown color & is cooked well.
- Ready to serve
