Ingredients
- 500 gm Paneer cut into cubes
- 20-25 garlic chopped
- 5 Onion chopped
- 3-4 Green Chillies chopped
- 3-4 Curry Leaves
- 2 Dry red chillies
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Masala
- 2 green cardamon crush
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 glass milk
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 bay leaf

Instructions
- Take a wok,add ghee in it.
- Add garlic in it ,saute it until become golden brown.
- Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, dry red chillies, bay leaf, green cardamom,in it, saute it for 5-6 min.
- Add chopped tomatoes ,salt ,red chilli powder, chicken masala, degi mirch, black pepper in it and mix properly until the ghee seperates out.
- Add milk and mix well, then add paneer cubes ,mix with soft hands.
- Cover with lid and cook for 7-8 min at low flame, so that the ghee seperates
- Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Serve it with naan or prantha.
