Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Kovakkai Ivy gourd, Cut into round small shape
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Tsp Oil

Instructions
- In a pan heat oil well.
- Than add the chopped ivy gourd and sauté well for 5-7 minutes.
- Than add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and again sauté well for couple of minutes.
- Ensure it is not covered while cooking.
- Cook till they become brown in colour.
- Serve it hot.
