Ingredients
- 250 Gram Wheat pasta used bambino brand
- 1 Big Onion chopped small
- 3-4 Cloves garlic Chopped or minced
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce can add according to taste
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise Can add according to taste
- 1 Tsp olive oil
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp mozzarella cheese grated (can be added based on the quantity you like)
- 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
- Take the wheat pasta in a pan, add one drop oil and little salt and water.
- Keep it for boil.
- Once nicely boiled, drain the water and have your pasta ready on one side.
- In a pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add garlic sauté it for few seconds. Ensure it is not brown.
- Than add chopped onions and sauté well for few minutes.
- After few minutes add salt, tomato sauce, mayonnaise and sauté it well. This will get the colour of white and red mixed.
- Keep it on stove for few minutes.
- Than mix this with wheat pasta.
- Ensure it is sautéed well.
- Convert into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with black pepper, chilly flakes, oregano and mozzarella cheese.
- Ready to serve.
