Ingredients
- 300 Gram Baby Potato chop into round pieces
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Amchur Dry mango powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2-3 Tsp Oil

Instructions
- Cut the baby potatoes into small pieces.
- Take oil in a pan, heat it well.
- Add chopped potatoes and sauté for few minutes.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Sauté well for 10 minutes and than cover with a lid.
- Add mango powder and sauté well again for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
