Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bittergourd karela
- 2-3 Onion sliced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 cup Oil
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Wash and karela and the slice to make thin roundals,without peeling.
- Apply 1/2 tsp of salt on the karela slices and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- Take a wok,add oil in it ,then heat the oil and deep fry the karela pieces, until becomes golden brown and take it out on tissue paper.
- Take a another wok, add 2 tsp oil,onion in it.
- Saute it for 5-6 min then add salt, red chilli powder, degi mirch in it and mix well.
- Then add fried karela, garam masala and mix properly.
- Serve it chapati or parantha.
